The session begins with very deep relaxation and then a slow progression backwards in time; from adulthood, through to adolescence, childhood and then the womb. From the womb, we travel further back into a Past Life (that has relevance to the LBL session about to be explored) then through the Gateway to the Spirit World.
Most people are fully capable of being able to access the necessary level of relaxation required to experience a LBL regression and those who are more familiar will be able to reach these levels quite easily. It is for this reason, before attempting an LBL session, it is necessary to have experienced at least one Past Life Regression.
